A lot of research has been done in the past several years on various weight loss diet tips that are out there. Scientists and policy makers have been eager to figure out exactly what really works so that they have tools to use against the obesity epidemic around the world. What they have found, strangely, is that nearly every diet plan out there works approximately equally well in the long run. When people are assigned randomly to one plan or another, some of them succeed marvelously while some do not do very well at all.
It turns out that weight loss tips often work well for some people but not for others. For example, a person who is prone to develop low blood sugar will probably be miserable on a plan that demands that its users stick to a strict three meals a day. She might feel wonderful, however, on a plan that permits six. On the other hand, an extraordinarily busy woman might feel like being told to come up with six meals a day is stressful because she always has to be worrying about how she’s going to cut time out of her schedule for yet another meal. What really matters is that you find a dietary approach that fits your lifestyle.
